Mainly adopts literature method, observation method, case study method and interview method into Guangxi R high school study. Through the survey found that R high school after years of exploration, practice on the construction of school culture has formed the school life education feature-nourishing life material culture construction, the system culture construction, improve the life of life care behavior culture and spirit culture construction to take care of our life. At the same time, in the life education concept of school culture construction process, the hardware facilities is not complete of the material culture construction, improve teachers’ quality of life too little behavior of cultural activities, democratic management participation needs to be improved, spiritual and cultural publicity channels such problems as too narrow.Based on the research of the R high school cultural construction, obtain some enlightenment about the construction of school culture.
