Vocational education as an element to enhance the competitiveness of national core, which has an irreplaceable position. In 2005, the State Council held a national work conference on vocational education, it comprehensive analysis on the basis of China’s economic and social development situation and made clear about the vocational education in our country’s economic and social development and education work the important position and role. In 2009, premier Wen Jiabao pointed out that education should cultivate person who can make China’s economy led the world. The talents mainly included skilled or technology applied, which composed of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education. In order to speed up the perfect modern vocational education system, the autonomous region education department, the autonomous region admissions testing with various universities are ready for undergraduate course colleges and universities counterpart in secondary vocational school graduates autonomous enrolment pilot work, and the shortage of skilled teachers training. As a practice of student source, these students are lack of theory. How to make these students enjoy class again. How to use the students’ advantages to implementing the value concept of science and engineering practice effectively, which come into being the students’ classroom participation is a worthy research question.This thesis uses the research method of narrative research and classroom observation. Through the narrative experience, the writer deep draw a novice teacher growth of confusion. Inquiry-based teaching and giving type teaching are struggle in my thought. Presents herself from a dabbler to practitioners of inquiry-based teaching also. In front of this new teacher who have no experience in teaching, there is a group of "alternative" students. They had not learned high school physics but with rich experience in auto repair. They need to study basic "headache" of university physics course for college students. Under this special background, scientific inquiry has become the reform direction of the author team identified. We pay more attention to the process of exploring the unknown on course design. Students in the process of inquiry to access knowledge. Students and teachers really experience the happiness of learning and reading which make self-enrichment and pleasure of life in the road of innovation practice that make me more determined my STEM education’s way.In the process of curriculum implementation, the author also made the statistics about students’ participation in the classroom observation. Data show that the students rare free state when they do by themselves, but when is the theory of the teaching process, students prone to the free state more. When the research question is appropriate student awareness of the scope, or it can cause the students’ curiosity and stimulate competition, student participation will be higher and more heated debate. Students discuss the efficiency is not high because they explore the scheme design just only be based on experience which reflects students’ logical thinking is weak. When the class need to explore to quantitative research, more students will out of class. It may be associated with students sense of frustration in theory.
