With a new round of basic education reform in our country, high school history curriculum reform constantly expanded and deepened, and then proposed the establishment of the national curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum development combined with the amount of three level curriculum management model, in order to single mode instead of long-term implementation ofcurriculum management.Based on the Fujian Putian has the rich local resources, the author took the practiceduring the first test of school-based curriculum development of the school and thelocal culture of Putian,school-based curriculum is one of a series of "a taste of Putian Mazu belief" practice teaching.This study is the process and the implementation of "Putian culture" school based curriculum development, and finally brought about reflection and summary.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part:related to the local culture of Putian in the background of school-based curriculum development, which are briefly discussed from the new curriculum tostudents, school, situation analysis and the rich local resources of Putian.The second part:to provide a program on the "the Putian local culture" school based curriculum development. Especially in the embodiment of the local culture of putian, the curriculum goals were formulated,and the implementation of that set,assessment and evaluant of the course content and the curriculum arrangement.The third part:"the Putian local culture" course is one of a series of taste"of the implementation case of Putian Mazu belief. In the implementation process, the main writing teaching design of the course, the course mainly according to the multiple intelligence theory of education adopt group cooperative inquiry teaching strategies to be implemented, encourage the students to play their own initiative and team cooperation ability to take the initiative to understand the Putian Mazu belief about the origin,development,folk customs and tourism development.Finally, the author of this curriculum review and reflection of teaching process.The fourth part:the main consideration for local culture school based curriculum development in Putian. This part is divided into two parts, about the significance of school-based curriculum development and shortcomings.
