Decided the characteristics of the preschool teachers’ professional engaged in the profession most to women, and women’ role in society has a lot of kinds, as the mother of the child, its responsibility to take care of the children, as a wife, need to take care of the family, as a daughter, need to take responsibility of supporting the elderly and obligations, and as the early childhood teachers, to develop the basis of the future society talents education responsibility, this requires they invest a lot of time and effort, pay a great deal of love, sense of responsibility and patience, combined with the physiological and psychological traits peculiar to women, the kindergarten teachers than other more prone to mental problems, and a healthy body and mind quality is the basic guarantee of teachers engaged in education teaching work.At present, the study of rural preschool teachers’ mental health is very lack, social awareness is not high, throughout the years of exposure to preschool teachers bad influence events, most of them focused on city kindergarten preschool teachers, so the public attention focused on city kindergarten preschool teachers. The psychological problems on rural preschool teachers is not given enough attention. Development and rural kindergarten itself, preschool education in the countryside of our country is in a booming development stage, many problems could get attention and research. In view of the above situation, the author finally took the in-service preschool teachers’ mental health research has focused on the vast rural areas, through its own investigation to get valuable information for the maintenance of the rural preschool teachers mental health increase brick add tile.Rural preschool teachers’ mental health research, with rural city of hubei province as an example, aims to study the mental health status of the rural preschool teachers in the city, analyzes its reason at last gives the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures, mainly mental symptom self-assessment scale (SCL-90), and designed the interview outline to investigation and study, the participants according to the collected data collection and analysis, found the city’s rural preschool teachers’ mental health is better than the national average adult level, and compare the rural preschool teachers of primary and secondary schools and the present situation of urban preschool teachers’ mental health, are better than the former two level of mental health, but there are still not allow to ignore mental health problems, such as higher psychological problem detection and starting from the different dimensions of preschool teachers’ psychological characteristics, etc. Analysis the cause of this kind of situation lies mainly in the rural preschool education is still in the stage of development, rural social expectations of early childhood education degree is not high, in addition, there are the characteristics of rural kindergarten development and rural preschool teachers’ own personality characteristics, study from different dimensions to the rural preschool teachers’ mental health level, found that there are differences and shows its own characteristics, its reason and realistic problem in the field of preschool education this specific education are closely related. Finally, according to the rural preschool teachers’ mental health status and the reason analysis, proposed the following three countermeasures, it is actively build good psychological environment; The second is to build strong social support system; 3 it is to set up scientific spirit and values.
