The Concept Of Primary School Class Management And Strategy

A class is the basic unit of school education and teaching and it is also the basic form of learning for students. The class is the place where the value of teachers is embodied and where ideas about education are put into practice. What’s more, it is the place where students devote themselves to studying and achieve self-actualization.As an important part of school management, class management directly influence the development of the school, the success of teachers and the future of students. For a long time, people has made research into class management, but they will not stop exploring it. In accordance with the law of education development and the characteristics of the development of primary school students and combining theory with practice, this article elaborates the concept of class management which is suitable for the current situation and promotes the development of primary school students. It also advocates equality, respect and responsibility and calls for a cooperative, intelligent and flexible way to deal with problems of class management. And it is hoped that this research will inspire those who are concerned about education development and that it will be of help for the work of class management of primary school.This article is divided into four parts.After defining some important terms in this article, based on the "student-oriented and development-focused" concept and the current needs of the society, this article figures out and demonstrates the education concept that should be formed in primary school, which includes managing class by law from the macro aspect, mutual cooperation, intelligence management and emotion management which are of strong operability as well as safety education and self-education which get consensus of people and are highly regarded. For the class management of primary school, the education concept of conforming to the present situation and the development needs of students should be formed. And there should be related education strategies. Through a great amount of research, this article proposes many strategies closely related to the concept proposed above, including the focus on "people"-establishing a new form of relationship between students and teachers and taking good advantage of parental resources. It also touches on the importance of mechanism during management process-a shared vision of teachers and students and a humanistic management mechanism. What’s more, it advocates effective use of management results-establishing a diverse evaluation system and flexible incentive methods.By researching, this article tries to find out suitable concepts and strategies towards class management of primary school and help increase the work efficiency of teachers. Also, it intends to reduce the psychological pressure of students, form a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and involve parents in school and class management to mutually help students succeed and grow up healthily in the future.
