With the development and the implementation of the new curriculum reform, new curriculum pays more attention to the student’s main body status and cultivating the students’ independence, initiative and creativity. So it requests teachers to change the traditional education concept and the teaching methods in the new background. It asks teachers to pay more attention to the students and their needs, the traditional teaching concept and teaching methods cannot meet the needs of students. We learn that the new curriculum standard should pay more attention to the part of students "learning", pay attention to training students’ ability, emotion, values and emphasizing the students to master learning methods, emphasizing on "learning" from the new curriculum standard, we also learn that the teachers are the leaders in the students’ learning process. So this requires us to find a kind of education idea for a new era, the new requirements. "Teach less,learn more" concept has a good effect in some schools. So this paper puts forward some immature opinions and suggestions on the transformation of teachers in high school political lesson teaching philosophy, teaching methods under the guidance of the concept of the "teach less, learn more".This paper demonstrates the possibility of its realization in the political lesson, the implementation of effective strategies under the introduction of the "teach less, learn more" concept, through their own practice, analysis "little teaches, more than" in the high school political lesson that maybe has the problems existing in the implementation process and the cause of the problem. According to my personal preliminary practice,I think that the "teach less, learn more" concept of the political class in high school is necessary.The "teach less, learn more" teaching ideas to stimulate students’ interest in learning, make students understand the charm of politics,it can help students to make the right choice.And in the later development,after the college entrance examination reform to implement, "teach less learn more" concept is even more necessary. Student’s examination, after thecollege entrance examination reform is Students’ learning method is about to change, is the unity of the classroom, lesson plans, teachers no longer,students can choose teachers’ curriculum according to their own interests. So the teachers’ "teaching" have to change, is set in stone no longer, but it will greatly stimulate students’ interests in learning, cultivate the students’ creativity, independence, teachers "teaching" less, "earnestly" of encouraging students to learn, happy, learning is very necessary."Teach less, learn more" teaching philosophy is better in the subject of the language, some schools achieved good teaching effect in the process of practice. While using less in other subjects,but the " teach less, learn more " teaching mode guides students to learn to self-study, masters the ability to consciously learning, organizes students to discuss spontaneously,enhances the ability of cooperative learning. It promotes students to form a complete system of knowledge, improve the ability of self summary. This teaching idea, mode, method will help exert students’ initiative. So it is worth to try for the education workers in the political discipline.
