Research On Ways Of Cultivating Professional Ethics Of College Students

An important part of youth group is college students, which are the powerhouse of our country. Whether their professional ethics is stable or not affects the development and progress of the society. As the important content of the socialist core values, professional offers the latest and the most important theoretical support for the cultivation of professional ethics of college students. To strengthen the cultivation of college students’ professional ethics is conducive to helping college students’ free and integrated development, to ensuring the success of college students’ study and career, to helping students practice professional view better and to promoting the virtuous cycle of the socialist market economy.Based on The theoretical results by Marxist theory and Theoretical results of localization of Marxism in China, this research is followed by Chinese excellent traditional culture and adheres to the principles of integrating theory with practice. This research makes a primary study on the connotation of college students’ professional ethics and the importance of cultivating professional ethics the ways of cultivation of the students’ professional ethics.As the excellent traditional culture of our country, professional ethics is still attached importance to by the society and people. The implication of professional ethics also has inherited and developed at present. It is the one of the socialist core values that demands people cultivate and practice actively, the moral minimum of evaluating individuals and society and the methodology to guide our daily life. The cultivation of professional ethics of college students is the guarantee of the success in study and career, which is conducive to practicing professional view. Meanwhile, because of the variation of college students’ social status and current situation of, cultivating professionalethics is able to make college students reacquaint their own social status and recognize the value and significance of study and life. The students can also choose the suitable attitude and method and improve their own value to make contribution to society.From the perspective of universities, the cultivation of college students’ professional ethics, which is combined with the students themselves, family, university and society, build the integrated of training system. Universities should pay attention to the behavior of students themselves, start to recognize professional ethics as a freshman and enhance the conscientiousness of study.
