| Attention bias has always been a hot issue of psychological research, it is pointed out that such a kind of psychological phenomenon:if threat stimulus and neutral stimulus appeared at the same time, individuals behave differently to different stimuli of the distribution of attention, but with the deepening of the study the researchers found that individuals not only showed attention bias to threatening information, for some information related to its own some other also showed the attention bias. Teachers as one of the two big main body in teaching activity, student information transfer to emotional stimuli, can be understood as a threat to the classroom environment threatening information, can also be seen as their closely related to some other information, so how to pay attention to the stimulus information distribution became teachers teaching activity important implicit psychological characteristics, it has also become an indispensable in the teachers’ tacit knowledge structure of content. The traditional study of teachers tend to focus on teachers’ explicit knowledge and behavior research, such as the knowledge structure and teaching strategies, after-school reflection, thus ignore the expert teachers in a real classroom teaching timely and effective response class.In this study, starting from cognitive tasks, through the implementation of adaptation of the classic study of attention bias paradigm, using a more intuitive emotional valence picture instead of the traditional emotional words as stimuli from two directions of time and space for 20 teachers and experts 25 novice teachers to study the characteristics of attention bias.In the first experiment, we used a three-factor mixed design,two types of teachers (expert, novice), two stimulus presentation time (500ms,1250ms) and three emotional valence (positive, negative, neutral) to prove emotions attention bias is an implicit psychological characteristics of teachers and to explore the influence of emotional valence on the two types of teachers.In the second experiment, we used a three-factor mixed design,two types of teachers (expert, novice), two cue validity (valid, invalid) and three emotional valence (positive, negative, neutral) explored the influence of subliminal emotional stimuli stimulation and emotional cues effectiveness of expert teachers and novice teachers attention bias.The results showed that:expert teachers in case of stimulus presentation 500 ms, had attention bias to the positive emotional stimuli, and novice teachers did not pay attention to emotional stimuli bias, the difference is significant.But when the stimulus presentation took 1250 ms, expert teachers and novice teachers had none of the emotional stimuli attention bias.In clues invalid, expert teachers and novice teachers to positive emotional stimuli produce lower threshold attentional bias, but the difference was not significant.Teachers attention bias to emotional stimuli is an implicit psychological characteristics of teachers, and teaching experience is an important factor affecting the teachers’ attention bias implicit psychological characteristics. |
