Hubei tennis team for over 50 years, has always been a key characteristic projectin hubei province. Since 80 s, the tennis project gradually become hubei sports strength, liddy and li na in the impact of the international tennis is bigger. Compared to women’s tennis development, hubei men’s tennis athletes differs far, especially in terms of fitness, most coaches in China attaches great importance to the special strength training, no enough attention to special endurance training. In view of the above phenomenon, the author actively response to the national tennis training conference spirit, 12-16 years of age male tennis players in hubei province special endurance training method to study the present situation, find more training method and expectations in men’s tennis sustainable development in hubei province,obtained the excellent result.This paper selects six city young men’s tennis training players, coaches for thesurvey, through literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, logical analysis discusses the basic connotation of Endurance Training and analyzes the junior tennis in Hubei Endurance Training basic situation, and I hope by optimizing Endurance Training Methods on special physical training of athletes in men’s tennis or helpful.Through research, we draw the following conclusion:1.in hubei province junior tennis coaches in endurance training present situation is: most coaches have 5 years experience in teaching, and be able to grasp the youth physical development of the sensitive period of movement quality.2. young men athletes of hubei province special importance endurance training include: special endurance is very important in the status of tennis athletic ability; In tennis game is also very important; The influence of tennis technology and tactics;Tennis players at home and abroad in terms of special endurance training gap is larger; No special attention, also didn’t arrange games similar strength even more than the game special endurance training intensity.3.in hubei province 12-16 men’s tennis athletes special endurance trainingpresent situation is: special endurance training schedule 2-3 times a week; Every time the training time is about 1 hour. Domestic teenagers should athletes based on the actual physical conditions such as the amount of special endurance training for a certain control, avoid because of too much training, cause fatigue.3.understanding of special endurance training method is reasonable and correct distinguish different special endurance training methods, to correctly select and use,the youth men’s tennis player in the future competition using various tactics to improve conditions.
