A Study Of Teaching Resource Flow At Japanese Compulsory Education Stage

The beginning of the implementation of the teacher regular flow system of Japan after World War II, after 60 years of development, after the bud period, development period, the perfect period, has developed more mature. This chapter focuses on services to analyze operational flexibility for teachers from the inflow mechanism, incuding restrictions on the inflow of teschers, teacher induction, training, protection.Chapter four: Summary and reflection of the paper. From improving legislation, institutional buliding, local conditions, combined with voluntary and mandatory, enhanse teachers’ benefits and increase training opportunities for other aspects of the Japanese system of compulsory education teachers in regular flows are summarized.
