Mechanic education is an important part of the Chinese education system, is to improve the quality of the national, and promote economic development, improve the technical level and improve the employment structure of the workers, the transformation from labor intensive to knowledge intensive, promote industrial upgrading and stimulate the important means of enterprise technological progress. If the university is to cultivate scientific research talents, then the vocational and technical school training is the social each profession need skill talent, and a lot of technical staff working at the front line. However, due to the expansion of the college enrollment and the current widespread pursuit of higher education, the neglect of social awareness of technical education, the quality of the students in the technical education and the quality of the education all stay at a relatively low level. The students’ learning goals are not clear, the learning motivation is weak, and the learning burnout is serious. Cognitive psychology, the act of motivating and sustaining an organism, and the psychological tendency or internal drive of the action towards a certain target is considered to be the intrinsic motivation of the decision. As an important branch of motivation research, the study of learning motivation is widely carried out in the educational circles and psychology circles. The learning motivation is to stimulate and promote students to learn activity, and to achieve some internal psychological tendencies of learning goals, is the internal motivation to promote the students directly, is the key factor to restrict the learning behavior and the quality of learning, its formation and development are influenced by many factors.Therefore, how to guide technical school students to establish positive learning attitude and motivation, maintain good learning initiative, improve students learning efficiency and academic performance, so that students can learn more knowledge and skills, to meet the requirements of the future job is the focus of the educators who pay attention to technical education.In this study, Guangdong Province, national defense science and technology vocational school technical stage one to the third grade students as the research object, using the form of questionnaire, On the technical stage of students’ learning goals, learning motivation, learning interest and other aspects of the investigation, and using descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of variance and other methods data analysis different gender、different major、 different grade、different students’degree of learning motivation, the status and differences of interest and learning objectives. It is benefit to enrich the research results in the field of learning motivation, explore the level of learning motivation, further research on the motivation of social cognition, timely and comprehensive understanding of the present situation of vocational school students learning motivation, put forward effective coping strategies have positive significance, and explore some effective measures to improve the vocational school students motivation.The results of the study are as follows:Vestibule school students learning motivation three statistical learning interest and learning goals, every item has a one in four or more participants "there are some incorrect or there is a problem", the statistical result is much higher than high school students of the same age stage.Girls’ learning motivation of students with different gender score better than boys, girls better than boys in learning interest and very close to significant level.3. Different grade students’ learning motive power degree very significant difference, for specific performance a first grade> second grade> third grade change trend indicate a freshman in there are deviations were generally ideas and problems for the definition or positioning of the learning motivation.4. Significant difference was found in students learning motivation between different professionals, Performance for engineering>Economic management class>Style arts, this resource allocation with the school teaching or teaching key also to value caused by institute of engineering...
