Based on the current situation of education and research in China, with the research core of reading and writing teaching model, according to high school teaching objectives, students’ psychological and thinking features, this study induce this traditional teaching model into language education in high school, in order to gain some experience of Chinese language and literature education in the new era, to investigate how to promote the development of students’ language and thinking with the help of reading and writing teaching model, and form the correct values, to improve the quality of their language.The reading and writing teaching model in high school has some special meaning: emphasize that it is in high school this one specific "context" to express and communication which emphasizing reading and writing complementary, two-way interaction in the course of implementation. The reading and writing teaching model in high school has two features of directivity and tools. There are three aspects about this teaching model, the first one is study the outside model of the combination of reading and writing, which think that that the reading and writing as one combination to reach the goal that it is a functional activity. The researchers research how the reading and writing combine with each other by analyzing the task of teaching. The second one is to study the inner form of the "reading and writing" which study the sharing knowledge and cognitive processes between the reading and writing. These reach mainly use the qualitative and quantitative analysis of these two methods, from the perspective of writing teaching psychology, cognitive science and article scientific theory, sports science and other researches. The content of their research mainly tend to "writing reading," and the reach of reading and writing teaching model is relatively small. This study is based on the heraldry, reflecting a combination of reading and writing concept of writing.Based on the above understanding, this study combines with the high school literacy teaching model values, teaching objectives, the implementation process and implementation strategies for further reflection. The value of reading and writing teaching model reflects in these four aspects:develop language as the standard; train students thinking; respect students’ subjectivity; help students develop positive values its teaching objectives are as following:First, help students to accumulate the writing material; the second is to help students lay the basic skills of language, culture initial literacy ability; the third is to improve the overall ability of understanding, to cultivate aesthetic ability; the fourth is to develop a healthy emotional, shaping noble personality. Finally, combined with some specific cases, the author studies the implementation process of the reaching and writing teaching model and proposes implementation strategies.
