Positive efforts to training teachers in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges can not only enrich the teachers’professional theoretical knowledge and practical experience, encourage them to be strict with themselves, and constantly pursuit of progress, but also can promote teachers professional development in higher vocational colleges, improve the quality of personnel training. But the present higher vocational colleges in both countries have failed to give teachers in training fully attention. For training teachers in higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to investigation and study, and in a timely manner to the position of higher vocational college teachers training after work, to improve the quality of teachers to provide the practical and feasible countermeasure, so then you can meet the requirement of talents training in higher vocational colleges and society.I was studied on the three vocational colleges’teachers In the north area of Henan Province including Anyang Vocational and Technical College, Poyang Vocational and Technical College and Hebe Vocation and Technology College and conducted in-depth interviews and investigations, its purpose:on the one hand is the hope to obtain effective information to fill in the north area of Henan Province of Higher Vocational College Teachers’training the lack of theory, on the other hand is the hope that through the in-depth the research and analysis, summed up the scientific and reasonable suggestions, so as to make the job of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the north area of Henan Province training problems can be solved, the training strategies and suggestions for the construction of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in North Henan Vocational, various problems that exist in the training of vocational teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the north area of Henan Province after. The methods used in this research are:literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method. This research mainly uses questionnaire survey, the status quo of training from the basic situation of the teachers, some understanding of the teachers’ professional level, full-time teachers to participate in in-service teachers to participate in training including attitude, content, form and teacher feedback on the post training questionnaire suggested that these aspects of the teachers in Higher Vocational and Technology College of Anyang, Poyang and Hebe the three colleges in the north area of Henan Province as the research object, the results of the questionnaire by using SPSS and Excel statistical software for analysis. In addition, using interviews, mainly on three higher vocational colleges in the north area of Henan Province, the principal in charge of the higher vocational education administrative leaders and teachers were interviewed to collect the objective facts.Through investigation and study, an analysis of teachers’post training in higher vocational colleges has the problem of the following two aspects:first, the unreasonable structure of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Including the lack of teachers in higher vocational colleges; Age structure is not reasonable; Education level is low; Low level of professional development. Second, the teacher in higher vocational colleges training mechanism is not sound.
