Explorations On Basic Education Fairness Of Migrant Workers Trailing Children

With the development of society, people paid more and more attention on the foundation of basic education of migrant workers trailing children, which also caused the government attaches great importance to. This paper takes Suzhou as an example to conduct a series of exploration for the problem.There are five parts for the discussion, and the first part is to elaborate the concepts on migrant workers, migrant workers trailing children and foundation education which would be involved in this paper. The second part is the analysis of the present situation of Suzhou on this problem. The third part would be a deep analysis on the reason why there is a gap of fair education both from the subjective and objective aspects. The fourth part is the suggestions and the countermeasures for the existing problems. By strengthening policy enforcement, improving the system of laws, regulations and policies, increasing attention to the families of migrant workers, the attention to left-behind children, to achieve further guarantee on education of migrant. Finally is the conclusion, from the perspective of public policy, analyzes the reasons of the problem, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of solution to this dilemma.
