About the mobile learning without the limit of time and place restrictions that it can be reached easily for us. Among them,the Android mobile learning terminals because of its strong mobility, high holding rate, makes it become a kind of ideal,popular mobile learning platform. To some extent, college students use the Android intelligent mobile phone terminal can realize the mobile learning, informal learning anytime anywhere, which have auxiliary effect on formal learning in the class.Therefore, this thesis attempts to Android intelligent mobile phone as the mobile learning platform, presents the“learning terminal” about the course 《The Principle and Design of the Database》. Its mobility can meet the college students’ learning needs.
