Because of the uneven distribution of educational resources, many urgent problems about rural education need to be solved immediately,and the most urgent one is the convertion problem of students with learning difficulties in rural primary schools.There are two findings in my survey: on one hand, most students with learning difficulties are lack of participation in class; one the other hand,teachers pay little attention on students with learning difficulties to keep up with the teaching schedule.As a result,the participation of students with learning difficulties has an effect on those students’ conversion.Therefore, this article bases on the theory of the subject, analyzes the problems and reasons about the students’ lacking participation in math class in rural primary schools and think of effective ways to improve students’ participation in class. These are the contents of this article.This paper tries to focus on students and with math learning difficulties in higher grades in rural primary school and discusses their participation in the teaching of Math class.After searching and collecting the relevant material about those students’ participation in math class in rural primary schools, the writer concludes some relevant concept, and makes a survey and research about those students by making a survey or observation about the students’ cognitive,behavior, and emotion participation. After analyzing the result of the survey,and based on the aspect of teachers, students with learning difficulties and teaching atmosphere,the reason for the lacking participation can be concluded. Finally, according to the influence getting from the survey,the article puts forward specific strategies to improve those students’ participation in class.This article tries to present the real situation of students with math learning difficulties in rural primary school and reveal the main reasons that effect the participation of students with math learning difficulties from the theory of the subject. In addition, in order to solve the present situation,this article comes up with some effective strategies to improve the lacking participation of the students with math learning difficulties,and these strategies are based on the teachers, students with math learning difficulties, teaching atmosphere and the form of teaching organization. Consequently,teachers’ teaching and students’ learning can be going in a fair and free atmosphere and the students can fully display subjective initiative and become the subject in math class.
