| With the appeal of academic experts, under the needs of the society and family reality, the society has paid more and more attention to the education of the infants under 3 ages.In recent years, many qualified kindergartens already extend down their admission age, begin to recruit 2-3 year old infants. Therefore, Toddler custody class as a new kindergarten period appears in large numbers. However, currently there are relatively few research on the subject. In order to understand the upbringing working quality of toddler custody class, summary the good experience and shortage, and give feasible suggestions to the future development of toddler custody class work, with the adaption of qualitative research methods to toddler custody class in 2 kindergartens as the study sample, this study takes a deep study and analysis on specific aspects of toddler custody class, including: The kindergarten head’ education philosophy of toddler custody class, teaching staff, environment creation, curriculum, home-school cooperation and relative government office’ management and instruction of toddler custody class.Research results:First, kindergarten head has a great difference in understanding of toddler custody class philosophy. Second, although with qualified emotion to child, teachers are almost deficiency of education skill. Third, physical environment is similar to kindergarten’s. most of mental environment is good. Fourth, there are big difference in curriculum of toddler custody class between different kindergartens. Fifthly, in home-school cooperation aspect, teacher mostly focuses on parents’ cooperation, neglecting the responsibility of promoting parent’s knowledge and skills. Sixth, currently education bureau lacks standard administrate document.In the last, on the basis of the current situation and problems, referencing the research results at home and abroad, the researcher gives some suggestions to the governmental office, kindergarten, normal university and preschool education major. |
