With the deepening of the reform of basic education curriculum, There are many teachers wear new shoes and take the old road in practice. Therefore, in order to successfully implement the new curriculum reform,the teachers must realize that the traditional teaching material view is replaced with a new concept, which are integrated into one of their basic quality.However, teachers have lots of questions about how to make use of materials creatively in their teaching practice. So it is of necessity and importance to study the redevelopment of materials in this context.Materials redevelopment refers to teachers and students using modern learning theory, the teaching theory and experience of teachers under the guidance of the system science method on the basis of the analysis of curriculum standards, textbooks, teachers, students and teaching environment. Moderately deletions teaching materials, adjustment and processing, organic combination of a variety of teaching resources, systems planning and teaching activities, and to evaluate the expected results. After researching and analyzing the history and present situation of the materials redevelopment, the paper proposes some theoretical bases related to it, including "curriculum teaching" concept, the mutual adjustment orientation and creative orientation of the curriculum implementation, cognitive study theory, humanistic learning theory and constructivism learning theory.This research through the questionare was performed to investigate teachers and students to the use of senior school chemistry teaching material of hebei province. The results showed that senior school chemistry teaching material of PEP was highly evaluated by teachers and students, but there are still some problems. In addition, the use to materials also reflected some problems existed in the redevelopment of materials from the side.At last, on the basis of the analysis of questionnaires, combined with the related education theory, in this article seven aspects of the implementation strategies about the redevelopment of materials are put forward, which are: establishing the premise condition of the redevelopment of materials, accurately grasping curriculum objectives, thoroughly analyzing chemistry materials, fully considering the related factors, scientifically setting the chemistry teaching goals, flexibly selecting teaching methods, evaluating and reflecting theredevelopment of materials. Through these strategies, the material redevelopment will become a dynamic and cyclic process.The materials redevelopment was analyzed and discussed in theory and practice in this paper, which can provide theoretical knowledge to the front line teachers and guide their practical operation, and finally improve themselves overall and rapid development.
