| Teaching adaption is process that interacts of teachers and education environment, it is based on the requirements of social development for talent and needs of the education environment, obtaining professional growth under realistic conditions, achieve professional mission. So whether it is the whole process of teacher education or their professional development, the importance of education adaption is self-evident.In this paper, a case study of junior high school teachers of the Xinjiang autonomous region,combination of theory and practice surveys to investigate teaching adaptation.The region teaching of junior high school class is both a of minority education unique school system, but also is to promote our multi-ethnic integration and exchange of important educational projects. Combining theoretical thinking and teaching adaption dimension of junior high school class teachers survey conducted.At the same time, "adaption theory" and "education for understanding theory" as the theoretical basis, with a variety of research methods, from teaching ideas, emotional and behavioral dimensions to conducted survey. On this basis, analyze the reasons and put forward some suggestions to promote the teaching adaption of junior high school. This dissertation consists of several parts as followed:Firstly, the author describes the origin and significance of research in the introduction. Concentrate on the theme combing the relevant literature, and to establish programs in terms of research objectives, content, research methods. From teaching ideas, teaching emotional and teaching behavioral to explain the concept of this study, this is the basis for this article.Secondly, discuss the mechanisms of teaching adaptation and theoretical basis. In the process of building teaching adaptation mechanism, the author references the "adaption theory" and "education for understanding theory". Thereby explain of the elements teaching adaptation, teaching adaption process classification and teaching adaption function to check the findings.Then, the author investigated the teaching adaptation, including the teaching ideas, emotional and behavioral. Among them, the teachers’ ideas adaption includes teachers and students’ reasonable understanding. The teachers’ emotional adaption includes two aspects, positive experience and self-regulation, and the teachers’ behavioral adaption present teachers in prepare a lesson, class and homework behavior and mentality. The author discusses two dimensions from teachers and schools about the main factors of affecting teaching adaptation.Lastly, propose strategies and recommendations. From the aspects of teachers, including the teacher must have clear career awareness, strengthening practical reflection, involved in teaching reform, use of teaching emotional and intelligence. From the aspects of the school, including construction of the incentive system, improve teaching and training content, ensure a full range of promoted teachers adaptation. |
