| In recent years,the development of a new generation of information technology such as 5G,AI,AR,etc.,has had a profound impact on all fields,Of course the education industry is included.In January 2020,the Covid-19 Epidemic broke out in China,makes online teaching is in full swing.In this situation,colleges and universities actively respond and try their best to guarantee for the orderly development of online teaching.However,many problems were discovered,such as the original education methods do not match with for the online teaching perfectly,the online teaching evaluation system is too simple and to provide comprehensive analysis.Therefore,it is urgent and important to understand the current situation of online teaching quality management in colleges and universities and study the strategies to improve online teaching quality management.Besides,the modernization of online teaching governance is an important requirement for the governance of the country and colleges.This paper is mainly based on the theory of total quality management and collaborative governance,and takes the online teaching full participation,whole process supervision and management,comprehensive evaluation mechanism,and multi-subject collaborative cooperation as the research content.Using research methods such as law and literature research method,a case study of H College was conducted to study the optimization of the online teaching quality assurance system of H College under the new crown epidemic.The study found that the current online teaching quality assurance system of H College has problems such as the difficulty in implementing the full-staff management system,the imperfect management mechanism of the whole process,the imperfect comprehensive teaching quality evaluation system,and the failure to straighten out the collaborative relationship between multiple subjects.The main reasons for the problems are: insufficient capacity building of each subject in full-staff management,insufficient investment in whole-process management,insufficient innovation in comprehensive management concepts,and imperfect multi-subject coordination and cooperation mechanism.In view of the existing problems and reasons,countermeasures to optimize the online teaching quality assurance system of H College are put forward,including:strengthening the construction of all-staff management capacity,improving the online teaching process management organization system,innovating the comprehensive evaluation mechanism of online teaching,Enhance the trust relationship between various governance entities and improve a transparent and clear interest synergy mechanism. |
