Management Of University Laboratory Based On Objective Management

Laboratory is an important place for learning resources, is the main battlefield for scientific research, teaching, is an important base of technical innovation and knowledge innovation。To cultivate students’ practical ability and innovative spirit, the implementation of quality education plays an important role in. As China’s modernization construction has been rapid development, the higher education scale expands continuously, the number of college laboratory instruments increases ceaselessly. Traditional management methods can not meet the needs of the times.Explore and introduce a new method of laboratory management become an urgent need to study and solve.This paper introduces the operation model of construction and management of university laboratory at home and abroad, analyzes the main problems existing in the management of domestic university laboratories.Necessity and feasibility of implementing target management of domestic university laboratories are analyzed and concluded. On the basis of the above research, this paper draw and use the idea and method of management by objectives. According to the practice and management of laboratory management in Colleges and universities, puts forward and builds the framework of the implementation of university laboratory management model of target management.Its operation process includes four steps:laboratory target system establishment, implementation of laboratory target, assessment of laboratory target and information feedback. This paper introduces how to implement the target responsibility system in the implementation stage of laboratory target. In the assessment of laboratory target stage, construct the laboratory performance evaluation system.
