In twenty-first Century the most valuable resource is the talent. From the competition of comprehensive national strength to the enterprises. It is no exaggeration to say that with human resources who can get on in this world. With the development of market economy and the deepening of reform and open-up, the competition become fiercer. From the original technology competition to the late management mode competition, then to the talent competition. One must firmly grasp the talents resources if one want to occupy a space in the market competition. In addition to perfect technology, management factors, one must also strengthen the talent strategy management for self-development. Talent strategy management can make the organization to improve its production efficiency; thereby enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness. The typical means to promote the organization and improve the production efficiency is the use of performance appraisal system in strategic management. It has been widely used in modern management. On the one hand the construction of performance appraisal system can save the cost, thus greatly improve profits; on the other hand it also can enhance the vitality, make organization more sustainable. The performance appraisal system is widely used in western developed countries. It greatly enhances the development of space organization itself. Moreover, it effectively improves the production efficiency. So we can say it has achieved certain results. Therefore, all kinds of enterprises in our country have to follow western countries; they began to actively introduce the performance appraisal system. Although we learned from western performance evaluation system model, the results are not so good. After all, the introduction of the performance appraisal system is late, and the phenomenon of copy quite serious.For private high vocational colleges, from some kind of meaning is also the subject of China’s current market. In this paper, from the perspective of teachers in private vocational colleges of Sichuan performance appraisal, the writer sum up the model of pattern evaluation summary of teachers in China, try to find out the problem of current performance appraisal system of teachers in private higher vocational colleges in Sichuan, in light of its own actual situation, proposed constructs the performance appraisal system of teachers in private vocational colleges advice. Hope to provide some help to the development of the teachers in private vocational colleges of our country, to improve teaching quality and school benefits.
