Mankind is the only life who needs education, In the meanwhile, mankind has a lot ofundeveloped potentials, so a person will be a person only by accepting education. According tothe requirements of the times, talents schools cultivate not only have plenty of knowledge, butalso have the habit and ability of lifelong learning in order to adapt changing surroundings. Inother words, students must cultivate their wisdom so that they could study, work and live a lifenow and in the future. Only education with wisdom can cultivate wisdom persons, and onlyteaching with wisdom can construct wisdom classroom, and only classroom with wisdom cancultivate wisdom students. Wisdom education looks forward to wisdom teachers, and wisdomteaching calls for wisdom teachers, and wisdom students need wisdom teachers. It is a historicalmission which times give teachers education to construct a high-quality teachers team who haswisdom. So implications, features, values, internal factors, external environment, mechanism ofteaching wisdom should be given a deep research. It is also important to make it clear how tocultivate teaching wisdom. That these problems are solved will be of theoretical and practicalsignificance. The research has laid stress on fusion of theory and practice. Theory research andgrounded research has been united with each other. Literature study method,case study method,narrative study method, life experience study method and field study method have been applied.What is the teaching wisdom? Teaching wisdom is a kind of intelligence which shows in thecourse of class activity where teachers and students are in contact with each other in order topromote their development. Teaching wisdom means that teachers have mastered the essence ofteaching activity. Teaching wisdom is a kind of comprehensive ability with which, teachers havedeep insight, acute reaction, resourceful coping, excellent creation and correct solution. Teachingwisdom is a kind of quality, with which teachers can teach reasonably and efficiently. Teachingwisdom is a kind of ecological state, with which teachers’ teaching life is free, harmonious, openand creative. Teaching wisdom is a kind of state, with which teachers can respect life and loveteaching life. Teaching wisdom is a kind of life way, with which teachers can seek truth,goodness and beauty. Teaching wisdom is a kind of realm, with which teachers can grow and develop happily. Teaching wisdom points to the development of students’ wisdom in theend. Teaching wisdom owns its nature and characteristic, the nature shows subjective, practical,creative, individual, systematic; and the characteristic shows situational, silent, dynamic,aesthetic, good. Not only teaching wisdom is different from teaching personality, teaching wit,teaching art, teaching skill and teaching pattern, but also they are contact with each other.What is the value of teaching wisdom? That the significance and value of teaching wisdomare paid attention to, understood and identified is necessary for teachers’ growth, and it isimportant premise for teachers cultivating teaching wisdom. As a kind of comprehensive ability,state and realm teaching wisdom aims at students’ healthy development. During the course of it,the value of teaching wisdom is not neutral or only, but multivariate. By seeking and cultivatingteaching wisdom, not only teachers can experience value and meaning of life, improve life realm,promote professional development, live a happy and good teaching life. Students can alsopromote their cognitive development, cultivate moral, life and wisdom and lead students’healthygrowth. For effective implementation of teaching activity, teaching wisdom can respond to trueteaching objective, comprehensive and generating character of teaching,too. In the meanwhilefor the benign development of society, it can also cultivate wisdom talent and construct wisdomsociety.What about the absence of teaching wisdom? Teaching activity is a kind of individualbehavior. If teachers have not mature thought about life, society and education, the valuableeffect will not be obtained in this activity. Teachers need have a life full of wisdom. Classroomteaching calls for teaching wisdom. At present, lack of teaching wisdom is an important problemfor schools and society. Absence of teaching wisdom displays teaching morbid, studentsdevelopment distortion, classroom teaching deformation. By analyzing the reasons from teachers,schools and society, three kinds of factors are found, which are teachers’ insufficient personalquality, schools’adverse environmental supporting and society’adverse effects.What are internal factors of teaching wisdom? Internal factors of generating teachingwisdom are the core problem of teaching wisdom research. Based on theory and practice, fromsystematical theory, internal factors of teaching wisdom contain cognitive factors, knowledgefactors, skill factors, and affection factors. Among them, cognitive ability is teachers’ perception,understanding, judgment, problem-solving ability about teaching. It is a key factor and contains teachers’ perceptual ability, intellectual ability and rational ability. Generating wisdom mustdepend on knowledge. Wisdom is not equal to knowledge, but knowledge is the foundation ofwisdom. In order to cultivate wisdom teachers must form a reasonable knowledge structurewhich contains ontology knowledge, conditional knowledge, practical knowledge and supportingknowledge. Teaching skills are needed in the course of class. Without teaching skills, withoutteaching wisdom. Teachers’ teaching wisdom often depends on teaching skills before class, inclass and after class. Affection is not only one part of wisdom compositions, but also strongpower of generating wisdom. Teachers’ affection quality contains professional emotion,personality quality, ethics feelings and aesthetic taste.What are external factors of teaching wisdom? For the formation of wisdom, not onlycertain quality but also suitable environment is needed. Investigating the environment accordingto teachers and classroom teaching, environment which has influence on generating teachingwisdom is divided into classroom environment, school environment and society environmentfrom near to far, or from inside to outside. Classroom environment contains typical situation,classroom atmosphere, teachers-students relations, classroom surroundings. School environmentcontains principle leadership, teaching management, peer relationship and school culture. Socialenvironment contains educational affairs, educational policy, educational system and educationalatmosphere.How about generating mechanism of teaching wisdom? From the point of view of system,teaching wisdom is a kind of system which consists of different factors, so teaching wisdom hasits unique structure and mechanism. Transverse structure of teaching wisdom shows relationsbetween each factors. In the first level structure, cognitive factor is key one for generatingteaching wisdom. Knowledge factor is fundamental one for generating teaching wisdom. Skillfactor is media one for generating teaching wisdom. Affection factor is driving one forgenerating teaching wisdom. By analogy, their compositions of factors are regarded as secondlevel structure, secondary compositions as third level structure. These compositions or elementsare interrelated between them, and have different positions. Longitudinal structure of teachingwisdom shows stages of teaching wisdom development, which are divided into three markingstages which are spontaneous stage, conscious stage and free stage. Whole structure of teachingwisdom can be expressed with “Four pyramid”.Environment can be expressed with “ball body”. The combination of them can be called “Teaching Wisdom Formation System” model.Teaching wisdom is formed by vertical and horizontal link, Internal and external combinationand the multi-aspects integration.What are ways to teaching wisdom? So as to cultivate teaching wisdom, firstly, valueidentity of teaching wisdom formation should be guided and corrected by giving social supportand guiding teachers’ reflection. Secondly, quality and ability of teaching wisdom need to beimproved. That is to say, teachers must cultivate cognitive ability, accumulate knowledge quality,exercise skills quality and cultivate affection quality. Thirdly, for school an ecological classroommust be constructed, life classroom, harmony classroom, creative classroom and efficientclassroom needed to be set up. Fourthly, school environment should be constructed, wisdomprinciple must be cultivated, human-oriented management is implemented, teachers learningcommunity must be constructed, books school must be set up. Fifth, society environment shouldbe optimized, education policy and system must be optimized, specialist leading must be madeuse of, citizen education quality need be improved. In addition, internal and external factors ofteaching wisdom formation system need be coordinated. Spontaneous, conscious and free statesof teaching wisdom formation can be paid attention to. Cultivating teaching wisdom is bothresult and process, in fact, process is more important than result.
