Played as a foundation role, Chinese course has multiple functions in compulsory education. The elementary education curriculum reforms emphasizes that Chinese course should be open, innovative and dynamic,should meet the needs of different areas, schools and students. To meet the needs of the times, the primary schools must develop new curriculum resources, relatively stable but flexible implementation mechanism. Self-regulation, update and development should be constant. Therefore, under the guidance of the national curriculum projects, mechanical criteria and objectives, the elementary schools should combine its teaching conditions and features, and make a creative overall curriculum programming. The teachers must change the timeworn concepts, develop the consciousness of innovation, reform the national curriculum connecting with the practical teaching situations. School teachers should convert the role of performers into the developers, and upgrade their professional teaching skills at the same time. In order to meet the needs of students’ personalized learning and development, to change the unified and idealized national curriculums into actually needed curriculums, the second development of national curriculums should be actively implemented by schools and teachers.Taking the Chongqing S Primary School for example, this thesis has a research on the the implementation theories and strategies about the School-based National Curriculum of Primary School Chinese. The dissertation consists of 5 parts.The introduction briefly reviews the study origin, previous studies, research design.Chapter one mainly discussed the theory and realistic basis of the implementation about the school-based national curriculum of primary school chinese.Chapter two explored the main contents of the school-based national curriculum of primary school chinese: specific objectives, the selection and reorganization of curriculum resources, the designs and outcomes of education, diversified evaluations.Chapter three discussed the basic strategies and operating steps on the implementation about the school-based national curriculum of primary school chinese form six views: the analysis of school educational settings, the understanding of new curriculums, the strategies of reorganization and specific on the curriculum contents, the strategies of selection and specific on the curriculum resources,the basic principles and strategies of the teaching design, the evaluation strategies.Chapter four is part of the conclusion and outlook.
