| The implementation of national school-based curriculum not only suits the characteristics and demand of our new curriculum reform, but also ensures that the effect of the curriculum implementation. The implementation of Chinese national school-based curriculum is creatively under the framework of National Curriculum Standards, to realize re-development, is according to schools'situation and students'need for language development from several dimensions. During this process, the teachers must change the passive executives into the important participant in Chinese curriculum project.The educational reform is overwhelming and the educational theory is prosperous, and we discuss a lot about the question of "how the teacher should do", but we will lose our standing point even ignore the reality if we just put our emphasis or overemphasis on "should do". Only the research founded in the reality especially for the implementation of Chinese national school-based curriculum, which relies on school education environment, may find out the change process of the teachers'practical knowledge and the curriculum reform, may provide the factual basis and the theory premise of all the research about the implementation of Chinese national school-based curriculum.Along the trail"What do the teachers do, how do they do and why do they do in the school?"I try to explain the process and the role of teachers'practical knowledge in the implementation of Chinese national school-based curriculum. The essay consists of 5 parts:Preface: An introduction about the significance of the research, the method and the process in research.Chapter1: A survey of the relational research about the implementation of Chinese national school-based curriculum.Chapter2: To describe and analysis the process of the implementation of Chinese national school-based curriculum in X primary school. There are two clues to present the event. One describes the process of the action research, anther analysis teachers'practical knowledge in the research.Chapter3: To reflect on the features of implementation of Chinese national school-based curriculum which changing from"focuses on Chinese knowledge in the books"to"attaching importance to students'ability".Chapter4: Conclusion of the study. The paper reveals that the implementation of Chinese national curriculum is an inevitable school-based reconstruction; teachers'practical knowledge grows and promotes the development of their curriculum practice during the process of the implementation of Chinese national school-based curriculum; however, the limitations of teachers'knowledge make the process of reconstruction not completed. According to the findings, the paper proposes two suggestions which from the subject specialists'and students'points of view. |
