A Study On Constructing Primary School Students Management In Chamdo Prefecture,Tibet

Modern school education has been established in Chamdo development for more than half a century, the quantity, scale and the teaching quality of school got very fast development. But influenced by the regional, political, economic, cultural, ect, there are different problems in primary education in Chamdo area. This paper regards all the Chamdo primary school as the research objects, to understand the present situation, problem and cause of the students management. And based on this, putting forward some feasible suggestions on students management, hopping to enrich their theoretical basis in order to provide a little help to solve the problem of the students management of elementary school in Chamdo Prefecture.The first part is the introduction, expounding seven questions. One is from the national policy, the development of the students and their own experience, the analysis of the problem of primary school students management in Chamdo, bringing up the necessity of constructing the management strategies of primary school students in this area. Two is the proposing of the research of the students management in Chamdo and the significance of theory and practice. The three is the author’s definition of the key words and issues concerned in this paper. The four is the analysising of the students management theory involves the theoretical basis. The five is from the energy reorganization and the literature review, the current understanding of the theory research on student management, to help to find the deficiencies and the frontier theories in the previous research. The six is introducing of the process of research. The last one is stating of the innovation point.The second part mainly introduces the research tools and respondents used in this study and the corresponding specifications to the interview outline and questionnaire, a simple description about the research, introducing the distribution of the primary school in Chamdo Prefecture. Through the analysising and arrangement of the questionnaire, visiting data and the literature, to show the summary of the status of primary school students management in Chamdo area from the life,teaching and security three aspects.The third part mainly analysises the problems and reasons of the primary school students management in Chamdo area. Investigation and analysis on student management in Chamdo primary school results, in the life aspect, the food and lodging management weak links existing in students, in the teaching management aspect, the students face the problems of heavy task, learning pressure, low school-age enrollment rate and high dropout rate. Besides, the safe problem is outstanding, especially the traffic safety. There are many causes for the existence of these problems. This study explores the management idea, basic construction, traffic safety, the idea of the students’ parents, lacking of management system, and teaching and management of level for six reasons.The fourth part is the suggestions to solve the management problems. One is to change the students management idea. Two is to increase the educational founding and improve the infrastructure construction. Three is improvement traffic condition. Four is to content students and patriarchs’ demand of teaching. Five is to strengthen the construction of rules and regulations, management students with the system. Six is to improve the teaching and management level.
