The Exploration On Forming The Concept Of Fostering Integrity And Promoting All-round Development Of College Students

The 18 th national congress of our party reports emphasized that we must take fostering integrity and promoting all-round development of people as the fundamental task of education, and train participants of and successors to the socialist cause who develop morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically. In order to make college students into a talent with moral integrity and professional competence. The concept of fostering integrity and promoting all-round development of people refers to people’s concept system on the basis of rational knowledge to the meaning, content, principle, function, position, target and implement ways of fostering integrity and promoting all-round development of people, through long-term rational thinking and practice. The concept of fostering integrity and promoting all-round development of people does not spontaneously formed, and needs to develop gradually with acquired education and training. However, due to the external factors of lacking support of social environment, the role of the main channel of moral education in colleges, and the degree of attention of family education, etc, as well as the internal factor of lacking of college students’ persistent forces, college students have some problems in the process of forming the concept of fostering integrity and promoting all-round development of people, including the weak consciousness, the indifference emotional, the weak will, the infirm belief and the lack of behavior of forming the concept of fostering integrity and promoting all-round development of people, etc. These problems affect the forming of students’ morality to a certain extent, also affect the virtue of the importance of society for talents. To solve these problems and influencing factors, the author thinks that we should further optimize the social environment, strengthen the constriction of the main channel of moral education in colleges, perfect family education comprehensively, and strive to improve college students’ self-cultivation ability, and combined with the above ways to gradually form the concept of fostering integrity and promoting all-round development of people, then, to promote their ability to ascend and grow up to be the talent of having both ability and political integrity.This paper is divided into four parts.
