Finally, analyze the deficiency and prospect of the article. On the basis of previous research, this paper summarizes the present research situation, and uses the quality of life scale of SF-12 to carry out a survey at Gulou, Yuhua, Qinhuai, Jianye, Qixia and Xuanwu distriction in November to December,2014 about young socials workers. On the basis of recording176 samples data, supplemented by six papers more targeted interview data, the current quality of life of the social workers in Nanjing is described, including the study of influencing factors. According to the research conclusion of the paper, the current overall life quality level of social workers in Nanjing is general. Among the young social work practitioners in Nanjing, the quality of life of males is better than females no matter in physical health or mental health. In terms of age, there is no significant difference in physical health between social workers in different age groups who are below 25 years old and or 31-44 years old, and 26 to 30 years old young social workers have the best physical health. But in the aspect of mental health, there was no significant difference between different age groups. In terms of marriage, there exists great differences in physical health between the unmarried and the married. The physiological total score of the unmarried is higher than the married, but in mental health, there is no significant differences in the two groups. In terms of physical health, there is no significant difference in groups of different educational levels, but their mental health is correlated with the level of education. That is, the lower the education level, the worse the mental health. Compared with other working hours groups, the physical and mental health condition of young social workers whose working time is over 51 hours or more a week is the worst, and the quality of life of the workers whose working time is under 35 hours is the best. Income has an impact.on the physical health and mental health of the social workers. Young social workers whose monthly income is above 5001 yuan obtain the lowest scores of PCS and MCS. That is, compared to the other income groups, this group’s quality of life is the worst. There are correlations between the average monthly income and the quality of life of young social workers. As the growth of the monthly income, the quality of life has a falling trend first to rise to fall again. The level of social worker certification has an important influence on worker’s physical health and mental health. Young social workers who acquire or obtain social worker certification have the lower score in PCS and MCS than who have no social worker certificate. Social workers who acquire or obtain primary or middle-level social worker certification have the worst quality of life.Through the study, we find that the quality of life scale of SF-12 has a good reliability and validity among social workers, which can be further applied to the study of social worker’s quality of life.
