Research On The Student Sports Organization Of Higer Vocational Colleges In Beijing City

In recent years, higher vocational college students sports associations in Beijing city has entered a new period of rapid development, the occupation college student sports association from the initial development to a certain size, maintained a good momentum of development, increasing the number of people involved in the project, not increasing, but there are also many urgent the problem. In this paper, with some members of sports associations and ten Higher Vocational Colleges in Beijing city as the research object, aiming at the present development situation of students’sports associations in higher vocational colleges, the problems in its development and proposes the solution the effective measures, in order to promote the development of students’ sports associations better. Through the research, we get the following conclusions:1. A large number of 1 Beijing City vocational college students sports associations, the development of students’ sports associations in different higher vocational colleges have significant differences in individual sports as sociations, the number of up to 11-30 the proportion of people, community scale is small; the membership of the sports associations in male was more than female, sex ratio imbalance seriously, students participate in sports associations is mainly to meet the interest hobby, push yourself to participate in sports, expand the range of communication, more convenient to use some school venues and facilities and reduce the pressure of study.2. There are three main types of 2 student sports associations in Beijing City Vocational College Management Model:the first kind of management mode is by the Communist Youth League under the school student association specifically responsible for the daily management of the sports associations, second modes in fact is the first model of two level management, is by the Career Academy Department of the group branch instruction, the establishment of students, by students will be responsible for the management of sports associations, third modes of school Youth League Committee and by the Career Academy sports department jointly manage student spbrts associations. All of the sports associations are officially registered school or college, have their own rules and regulations, organization construction is similar, but there exist some rules and regulations are not perfect, the rewards and punishment system is not perfect wait for a phenomenon.3. The current vocational college students sports community organization still organized community members participate in sports; sports club activities rich in content, including badminton, basketball, football, gymnastics and other sports venues; the existing facilities in higher vocational colleges is the sports associations usually activities place, but generally site equipment problems; social member dues to become the main source of funding of sports organizations; sports club activities focus on the basic monthly number more than two times, which is half a month, members of a higher degree of satisfaction; sports club activities in the guidance of teachers is not optimistic, most of the members are not accepted sports teacher’s guidance.4. Factors affecting the students’sports associations occupation colleges to carry out more, which according to influence degree is the association activities lack of funds, school support is not enough, community management irregularities-and community management quality is not high in four aspects.5. Optimization strategies in Beijing Vocational College Students Sports Associations management and operation can be taken:one is to expand the sources of funding, to solve the funding for community issues; two is to increase support, promote foreign exchange; the three is to establish new idea, update the sports community management system; four is to improve the students’quality of the sports community management.
