| With the rapid development of tourism economy, the tourism market also has a lot of opportunities. The need of market development makes it urgent for the curriculum teaching reform in tourism management vocational colleges serving tourism economy. The thesis employs the methods of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire survey and experiment to collect, process, contrast and study the physical education curriculum reform of Shandong college of tourism and hospitality.Interviewing the related experts and teachers, refering to the vocational physical education teaching reform achievements at home and abroad, the thesis does an experiment on "the physical education course teaching reform carried out in Shandong college of tourism and hospitality targeted at improving students’professional physical level and professional core competence, guided by the market demand". By means of related experiments, the thesis aims at testifying the related physical education teaching reform can improve the students’ professional fitness level and professional core competence and enhance the students’professional skills to some extent. The teaching reform takes the fitness level required by the students’future jobs into consideration, arranges the fitness level curriculum aiming at improving students’professional fitness level and also teaches the students the related exercising approaches and methods and related physical exercise knowledge to enhance the students’physical exercise in their future jobs to ensure their lifelong health. The researh also employs entertaining fitnes activities such as collective and interative sports games or outdoor training. It helps to cultivate the students’ professional core competece such as team spirit, team cooperative ability, informatin processing ability, innovative ability and so on. The experiment is successful and produces some effects.But influenced by the whole college teaching environment, the teaching reform experiment can not be applied to the whole college, thus the teaching reform cannot be completed and improved. According to the present situation of college physical education curriculum teaching, the main factors affecting the teaching reform collected, processed and analysed are:1. Insufficient of physical education field and equipment, too less input of special funds; 2. The student-teacher rate can’t reach the national standard, the physical education form is monotonous, the theoretical and practical physical education teaching can’t meet the need of life-long physical education and career development, the physical education evaluation form is unfair and dull, negelcting the motivation of evaluation. It is suggested that the leaders related to vocational college physical education change their beliefes, improve the status of physical education, pay more attention on the physical education teaching reform guided by market demand, suitable with future jobs features and establishing scientific vocational colloege physical education curriculum teaching system.It is hoped that the research can give advice to the physical education curriculum teaching reform of Shandong College of Tourism and Hospitality and provides theoretical background and practical value for vocational college physical education curriculum teaching reform. |
