With the widespread use of mobile devices and the popularity of 3G, 4G networks, the learning style of people are being gradually influenced and changed, and the mobile learning has already become one of the learning modes in current mainstream modes. In this paper, we propose a new learning mode——the problem-based team learning mode in mobile scenario according to the problems existing in the current mobile learning. As the learning purpose of most of the mobile learners’ are to solve problems encountered in actual environment, the "learning problem" put forward in this paper is the key to the learning mode, the "moving scene" is the learning environment and the learners are organized in "team". This learning mode aims to help team learners solve the problems in mobile situations with the least time. Besides, we provide the online- expert guidance for learners by which we make the learning process well-organized and orderly and improve the efficiency of mobile learning greatly. The experts select learning resources needed for team learners and recommend to learners according to learners’ actual situation. Then, they will give guidance to them to study and solve the problems. This mode also reduces time of retrieving information from a large number of network resources. It is difficult for learners to get the appropriate learning resources related to the current situation from vast learning resources rather than the lack of teaching and information. In this paper, we make an instructional system design for the team learning in mobile scenario based on the traditional teaching system design. And then, the learning process based on mobile scenario is introduced in detail. Suitable team learning strategies are presented for moving scene according to the learning process. These strategies are divided into three parts: strategies of division, experts’ recommending learning resources online and experts’ guidance online. The strategies of division involve the cooperation of the jigsaw and cooperation of stream-line. Due to the different strategies chosen by group learners, the learning process will be also changed. Experts’ recommending learning resources and online guidance are the key parts of the team learning strategies, which are about how the experts analyze problems, identify learning content, select and recommend learning resources. What’s more, the group learning process is strictly controlled by the instructor. In addition, the characteristics of the problem-based team learning mode in mobile scenario as well as several factors affecting learning efficiency are introduced in detail according to the learner’s learning process. Based on the analysis of the influences, in the paper, we make use of the multiple linear regression model to get the satisfaction of groups in moving scene. At last, in order to evaluate the effect of the learning strategies, we compare the results with the satisfaction that is got from the learners learning with the help of experts face-to-face.The paper is mainly divided into five parts: background and significance of the research, the related theories, problem-based team learning strategies in mobile scenario, the implementation and evaluation of the learning strategies. In the experiment, we take the problem of “desktop computer cannot be started” as learning task, select 60 groups of the same knowledge level and divide these groups into experimental groups and control groups. 30 experimental groups are required to complete their tasks in mobile scenarios instructed by experts, and the other 30 control groups execute learning under the face-to-face guidance of experts. The selected instructors are outstanding students of computer major. Their professional level can be divided into three levels: senior, intermediate, and junior. Each level of experts is responsible for guiding 10 experimental groups and 10 control groups. We make record of results and then use the multiple regression equation to calculate the learners’ satisfaction of the experimental groups and control groups under the guidance of experts, get the average value of the experimental groups and the control groups and compare them with each other. The experimental results show that the team learners’ satisfaction in mobile scenario is close to the team learners’ satisfaction under the face-to-face guidance of expert. That is to say, the team learning efficiency in mobile scenario is close to the team learning efficiency instructed by face-to-face.
