The Problem And Countermeasure On Moral Example Education For College Students

In the upsurge of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics, the construction of campus culture is increasingly booming, and appearing on diversity trend. There is no doubt that certain confusion and bewilderment will in the process of moral personality formation and moral behavior choice for college students who have no social experience. This brings opportunities and challenges for the ideological and political education of colleges. Moral example characters who represented the practice model of ethics and high moral quality, appeal people to continuously pursuit lofty moral ideal. The sixth plenary session of the party’s seventeenth pointed out:"strengthen the construction of learning system of moral education comprehensively ", the moral example education as one of the measures of moral construction, has a certain significance for strengthening and improving ideological and political education.Moral example education is one of the most effective way of moral education, with the launch of moral example education activities, and through the study from moral examples, not only can stimulate a person’s ideology, but also can enhance a person’s mental quality and prompt the realization of personal ideals, not only can promote the optimization of social environment, but also can be beneficial to the development of moral individuals more comprehensive. Therefore, in the process of moral education for college students, colleges and universities should consider the actual situation of university students, to develop education of moral example value for their targeted education guide, and constantly improve the college students’ moral example education mechanism, methods, etc.This paper analyzed and discussed the model of moral education for college students from five mainly parts, that is,the introduction, the basic theory of moral example education for college students, the problems in college students’ moral example education, and the cause and countermeasure for the problems. The first part is introduction, which mainly introduces the practical significance, creative points and background for the research at home and abroad. The second part mainly defined the moral example, the education of moral example and the concept and characteristics of college students’ moral example education, so as to laid a theoretical foundation for the study of moral education for college students. The third part, analyzed the questionnaire about moral example education for college students, combed the view of college students group for moral example education and analyzed the problems in moral example education, create a better guidance for more in-depth research on college students’ moral example education, provides a reference for the study of college students’ moral example. The fourth part analyzed the question which appeared in college students’ moral education from two mainly aspects:one is the changes in the environment which caused the changes of college students’ perception and the other is the cause of the weakening of moral example education in moral education practice. The fifth part proposed the solution countermeasure from five aspects respectively, based on the questionnaire and its analysis. This paper argues that for the problems which existed in the process of moral example education for college students, we should optimize the choice mechanism, the propaganda mechanism and incentive mechanism of moral example education, deeply mining the need of moral example spirit connotation, and constantly promoting college students’ moral example education scientifically with perfect implementation principles. Only in this way can guarantee the implementation effect of college students’ moral example education, promote college students growing healthy.
