Different from any age of teenagers, the students,who were born in the late 1990 s or the beginning of the century, are staying in an unprecedented era of information explosion.With the maturity of physical function and transformation of social roles, teenagers are in the process for the socialization gradually,at the same time they bath in the Big Data era. But this process is not one way, and in this process, teenagers’ behaviors and opinions also gradually influenced their elders, which is called “reverse socializationâ€. For these students, they are not only have some weakness and childish, also have vitality and perspective, their opinions and behaviors need common concern from academia and society. As a junior middle school teacher, based on the above background and the inverse social status to explore this special group in junior middle school students and its related influencing factors, is beneficial in improving urban junior middle school students in inverse problems appeared in the process of socialization. To some extent, it can also enrich city junior middle school students study, the most important thing is how to reverse the perspective of social teacher should provide the basis for adjustment of interaction between teachers and students relations.This research based on three public middle schools of NM district, GY city, Guizhou province, obtained the data through questionnaires and interviews, then start to research from the following aspects. First, under the analysis of traditional teacher-student interaction of teacher expectations, then introduce the change about knowledge skills and emotional values that happened in middle school students caused by reverse socialization, points out that the teachers under the pressure of this change should make expectations change. Second, On the basis of analysis of the expectations, we will analyze negative impact brought by the reverse socialization,which cause the huge impact on teachers’ authority under the traditional interaction between teachers and students. Then analyze the reasons of the change and how teachers should adjust strategies to rebuild their authority of the interaction between teachers and students. Third, we will analyze the positive impact brought by the relationship between teachers and students under the reverse socialization. And teachers should use the advantages to promote the good cooperation between teachers and students. At last, based on the research to get the conclude. Teachers should change their single evaluation system to the students and change their expectations. They should have psychological preparation and specific strategies about rebuilding their authority. At last teachers should learn to change the controlling management into cooperation. According to these, give the corresponding suggestion countermeasure: To promote the teachers’ consciousness of self innovation, teachers should come out from the traditional teaching concepts and try to make progress in interaction between teachers and students in reverse socialization. Teachers should attach great importance to the behavior strategies of interaction between teachers and students, teachers should also learn to balance the relationships between teachers and students, pay attention to the scale, develop their own specific strategies in the process of practice. Teachers should create a good atmosphere for the education reform. They should regard the conflict brought by reverse socialization as the opportunities of reforming and developing the social.They also should create a peaceful democratic environment as far as possible, help the junior middle school students socialize smoothly. |
