In recent years, China’s preschool education career presents the vigorous development of infinite vitality, in kindergarten teachers, every year there are a lot of new teachers added in. And at the beginning of the entry of the new teacher is generally feel anxiety, confusion and difficulties.As a effective way to solve the new teacher induction dilemma kindergarten new teachers orientation was born. However,whether a training program can really solve the teacher confused, improve teachers’ quality, including ’understanding of the demand for training is important one annulus. Only on the basis of the understanding of training needs can really do a good job in training, improve pertinence and effectiveness of the training.This study HuaiYin District kindergarten new teachers orientation project 73 in shandong province as the research object of the new teacher who trained. In this study, the author use two ways to the new kindergarten teacher training content requirements for research. One is through the orientation of the new teacher content needs self report, direct access to the contents of the orientation of the new teacher. Second, withthe model of training needs analysis, actual level and the new teachers’ professional development from teachers gap between job requirements, find the shortage of the new teachers’ professional development and cause, so as to set up the training content.Through the study found that: Kindergarten beginning teachers need training on the job and career development planning content, also need to institutional knowledge,practical training, to attach importance to training for new teachers’ self reflection ability. And different background of new teachers orientation content requirements. According to the results, the author of the kindergarten beginning teachers orientation,teachers’ professional development, preschool education professional colleges and universities curriculum puts forward some Suggestions, hoping to help improve the quality of new kindergarten teachers’ professional quality.
