The new round curriculum reform requires teachers focus on the development of students as "whole persons" nd seek knowledge "construction" of students main body.More and more attention is paid to students in the classroom. oth teachers and students should interact and Communication in equal status. In the course of investigating new middle school Chinese teachers,the author find that some teachers do not really understand the new concept that the new curriculum reform has put forward, he Chinese classroom teaching still flow in traditional "indoctrination" Chinese classroom, teachers are always speaking to students which completely replaces the unique experience of students, the interaction between teachers and students is simply questions and answers.Teaching interaction bility of teachers reflects their teaching ability, and their teaching ability determines the effect of teaching in Chinese classroom teaching. Based on this, the author has the idea to explore and analysis teaching interaction ability of new Chinese teachers from the aspect of interaction between teachers and students. Before writing this article,the author make a thorough inquiry and investigation when teaching in middle school.Based on the analysis on present situations and put forward the strategy to promote teacher student interaction ability, aiming to help teachers who have just enter into teaching position improve their classroom teaching interaction ability.Based on interaction theory, communication theory, dialogue theory, classroom behavior theory and so on, the author thinks that Chinese teaching of junior high school teacher-student interaction refers to effective activities under teachers’ organization through various forms of teaching activities and strategies to help students construct knowledge. There are four chapters in the study. The first chapter discusses the theories of teacher-student interaction in the classroom teaching and explains the value of teacher-student interaction;The second chapter analyzes the current teacher-student interaction situation of new middle school Chinese teachers in Middle school A; he third chapter focuses on he causes and obstacles f new Chinese teachers’ teacher-student interaction;The fourth chapter explores measures to improve the quality of teacher-student interaction in the aspect of teachers,students and schools.This research mainly adopts hree methods :interview and case analysis and observation.After the Investigation to new Chinese teachers in Middle School A in Changsha City, the author finds that,because of lack of teaching experiences, new teachers have no confidence and logicality in the class, which hinder the teacher-student interaction in classroom teaching.Through analyzing and exploring the awkward situations existing in teacher-student interaction in new middle school Chinese teachers’ classroom and putting forward a targeted strategy,the author believes it will do help to improve classroom teaching teacher-student interaction ability of new middle school Chinese teachers. |
