With the surge of the Internet boom,"Internet + education" comes into being,among which "dual teacher teaching" has attracted wide attention."Dual teacher teaching" gets rid of the constraints of time and space factors and realizes the sharing of high-quality educational resources.With the rapid development of The Times,new requirements have been put forward for students to master the ability to learn.Teachers’ educational ideas have also turned to how to cultivate students’ ability to learn.Teacher-student interaction between teachers and students to achieve the same goal has become an indispensable part of teaching activities.However,there are a series of problems in the classroom in which "dual teacher teaching" is applied in colleges and universities,such as low enthusiasm of students to participate in the interaction,insufficient interest of teacher-student interaction,and less frequency of teacher-student interaction,which requires the reconstruction of offline teacher-student interaction mode.So how to enhance the effect of offline interaction between teachers and students in "dual-teacher teaching" so as to enhance the development of students’ higher-order thinking ability has become the core problem to be solved urgently.This paper focuses on the interaction between offline teachers and students in "two-teacher teaching".Under the guidance of interaction theory,synergetics theory,constructivism learning theory and other theories,the preliminary questionnaire is designed from five dimensions of student interaction participation,frequency of teacher-student interaction,content of teacher-student interaction,way of teacher-student interaction,and effect of teacher-student interaction,so as to understand the current situation of teacher-student interaction in universities.It provides the basis for the new model that we are trying to construct.With the support of environment,resources,online famous teachers and other aspects,the offline teacher-student interaction mode takes "teaching preparation before class","solving problems in class" and "real-time interaction after class" as the main line,which runs through the whole teaching process.The teacher-student interaction in the three stages plays a progressive role layer by layer,from "cognitive interaction-behavioral interaction-emotional resonance",In order to build a democratic teacher-student relationship to achieve the sublimation of teacher-student relationship.The post-graduate students of educational technology in H University are selected as practice objects to carry out teaching practice in the course "Frontier Research of Educational Technology" with fixed two-teacher teaching mode.The pre-post questionnaire is designed from six dimensions of higher-order thinking ability: critical thinking ability,problem solving ability,decision making ability,innovation ability,communication ability and independent learning ability,and the data are compared and analyzed.To test the teaching practice effect of this model.The results show that this model stimulates students’ learning enthusiasm,improves their satisfaction,and effectively improves students’ thinking ability in all dimensions.To realize the full internalization of high-quality resources,to achieve deep meaning construction,master the method of learning;At the same time,the establishment of a good teacher-student relationship,conducive to the development of teaching activities,improve the quality of teaching.
