With the development of society and the need of kindergartner education, the male kindergartners group becomes the strong power in society. Nowadays, the male kindergartners are playing more and more important roles in the kindergartner education. They play an important role for our preprimary children.But, nowadays the male kindergartners must face many problems, those problems need to solve. At the same time, the research into such a phenomenon is insufficient. Due to this, this article intends to research into the preschool education and the development of the male kindergartners. This article aims at analyzing the current situation of the male kindergarteners by the means of making questionnaires, having interviews and quoting valuable documents.ChapterⅠof this article reflect on the development of modern preschool education and the history of the male kindergarteners as a professional career, and reflect on the value of the existence about this career. From the necessity and the possibility about the entry of the male kindergarteners, ChapterⅠ proves the importance about the male kindergarteners to enter the preschool education. Chapter Ⅱelaborate the current predicament that the male kindergarteners must have faced and the problems that have to solve from four aspects. The four aspects include the predicament of professional identity, the predicament of professional profit, the predicament of professional development and the predicament of professional environment.Based on the current situation, and from the deep level, Chapter Ⅲ analyze the problems that the male kindergarteners faced and try to find the real reasons.One of those reasons is the disagree from traditional culture. The second reason is our male kindergarteners become the wrong side of the tracks. The third reason is lack of supporting from the family. The lack of self-identify is the forth reason. The fifth reason is the lack of salary and treatment. The last reason is the lack of managing about the male kindergarten. Based on those reasons, Chapter Ⅳ try to give some suggestions for the professional development about the male kindergarteners. It requires the recognition and praise from society. The government also should to formulate some policies to encourage them. From the kindergarten, it would provide better treatment and psychological support for them. The reasonable promotion way and developing way are indispensible. Our graduate institutions should design more reasonable courses for male students to initiate their abilities. Male kindergarteners also need the self-confidence and find the way to remit their stress. For another respect, male kindergarteners should improve their abilities to obtain great success. In order to solve those problems and relieve the predicament, the hard working of the society, the government and the preschool, the graduate institutions and the self of the male kindergarteners are the important parts. This will promote the progress of preschool education and the progress of preprimary children.
