As an important part of high school mathematics,the triangle invoves profound mathematics thoughs. The content of the triangle is also difficult for students to learn.The paper discussed and optimized the “triangle” method for high school teaching to solve the problems of students learning and teachers teaching“triangle”, in order to effectively improve the learning efficiency and teaching efficiency help teachers to better achieve the teaching goal and to help student lay a good foundation and develop abilities.This paper used the investigation of self-made“high school ‘triangle ’learning situation to analysis the situation of the learning, finding that the main factors influencing the students trigonometric function effect are:objective factors,such as triangle part of the class content to much,trigonometric function concepts are difficult to grasp,triangle identical transformation learning is difficult;Subjective factors,such as lack of interest in learning,learning initiative,learning will.The author also uses the questionnaire about the basic situation of high school teachers “triangle”teaching and teaching attitude which is compiled by scholars,finding that teachers’ teaching attitude and methods all assert effects on students learning.This paper puts forward the corresponding teaching suggestions:(1)pay attention to the cultivation of the students’ non-intellignce factors,and give advice on how to foster students’ keen interest in learning,positive emotion,and strong will;(2)pay attention to guidance of the learning methods;(3)pay attention to the knowledge formation process;(4)pay attention to the flexible application of the formula;(5)attache great importance to the perception of mathematical thought.
