“The Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basic ”course(hereinafter referred to as the "basic” course) is one of the ideological and political theory course in the college. With the development of the teaching reform, the “basic” course teaching practice gets the attention of the people. Unfortunately, the “basic” course teaching is still in the initial stage or the relatively casual state on the theoretical level and practical level. Related theory research either has problem at its core or in lack of the basic issues in the state; The implementation of the practice teaching from class to shape with great randomness. This state restricts the understanding of the “basic” course practice teaching effect, has covered the “basic” course of practice teaching in the teaching of the overall uniqueness, affected the “basic” course the understanding of theory teaching and practice teaching relations, also is unable to play a role in enhancing perceptual knowledge, strengthening the course sense of reality and attractive, optimizing the teaching quality and effect of unique function, unable to shoulder the mission of helping college students set up the correct world outlook, the outlook on life, values, enhancing the ideological and moral qualities and legal quality. Therefore, the establishment of relative standards and complete “basic” course practice teaching mode is necessary and urgent.This research can be divided into five parts:The first part, this paper expounds the research background, purpose, significance, innovation points and research methods.The second part, defining the related concepts of "basic course" practice teaching, and the related domestic and foreign scholars about the relevant theoretical research was summarized and analyzed. Rousseau’s ideas, Marx’s view on the relationship between practice and understanding, " learning by doing " by Dewey’s education thought and Tao Xingzhi’s life education theory is analyzed, carding and evaluation. Especially, Lu Jie’s moral ideas and Ye Lan’s ideas about life and practice. The above thoughts and ideas inspired and probes into the significance of this research.The third part, first of all, to the study of the theory of the "basic" course teaching condition on the basis of the comparison system, has carried on the induction, to cover topics and perspectives on progress and existing problems are analyzed. Secondly, for the implementation of the "basic" course, teaching present situation has carried on the pros and cons of discussion. Thinking with larger randomness, lack of or insufficient under the guidance of teachers, fewer students deeply development level, etc., are the problems that exist in the practice teaching. Finally, emphatically analyzing the four subjective and objective reasons of the problem.The fourth part, this paper discusses how to change the separation of theory teaching and practice teaching, achieve the complementary of the advantages of the theory teaching and practice teaching, integrate the ideological and political theory teaching into the practice teaching through the integration of theory teaching and practice teaching. And expounds the importance of rational power in it.The fifth part, on the basis of the basic problems of research and define, regarding the advanced education ideas and points of view as the instruction, preliminary building up operable "basic" course practice teaching model. At the same time, putting forward the three supporting conditions of the standard "basic" course.
