Nowadays, for history teaching at middle school and high school there exists plenty of problems respectively. Some of reasons have been analyzed by scholars, however, the “disconnection” phenomenon within history teaching at secondary school can not be paid more attention. Actually they tightly link to one another. What’s more, history teaching at high school will delve into it on the base of the middle one. Therefore the paper, mainly with teacher’s perspective, will make a comprehensive, profound discussion on the teaching cohesion of history at secondary school.The outline includes: research background, significance, frame as well as my innovation; the “disconnection” of history teaching at secondary school and also its cause analysis; excavating the history curriculum standard as the basic function of achieving the teaching linking of history at secondary; how to effectively implement the cohesion of two phases as a case of Chinese Revolution in 1911.The cohesion of history teaching demands to make a overall, exact planning, and history teachers must accurately find out the causes of blocking the cohesion of history teaching, then formulate corresponding measures and strategies so that students can smoothly complete the transition from junior middle school history to high school one.
