In this study, Tangshan City, Hebei Province Xin Juntun town for the study, a questionnaire survey and field visits by a combination of in-depth analysis of policies and measures for the Xin Juntun town farmer vocational training institutions and systems, and the results achieved. The study found the presence of institutional construction is imperfect, inadequate funding, outdated ideas, supervision and evaluation backwardness, lack of mobilization launch, not high quality of training new farmers’ Xin Juntun town vocational training.Learn from the successful experience in the training of farmers at home and abroad on the basis of summarizing the vocational training with a lifelong farmer, school diversification, information technology, field training of the reform trend, combined with the actual situation of the development of Xin Juntun town, from the establishment a sound long-term mechanism for vocational training of farmers, increase financial support for efforts to vocational training of farmers, strengthen vocational training for farmers propaganda, the establishment of farmers’ vocational training information network, strengthen the teaching staff of vocational training of farmers and deepen farmer occupation training and teaching reform, the establishment of vocational training of farmers in seven aspects of monitoring and evaluation system put forward Xin Juntun town optimization and coordination of vocational training proposal to provide a reference for the Xin Juntun town farmer vocational training.
