| For over a century, the economic system has been made a great change in China and during this time,the educational system has been made a great change too. One of the most obvious changes is the change of employment system for university student. One century ago, it is our government who can decide the job of the students after they graduate from the university. And now, because of the change of the economic system in China, the university student can decide their job ny themselves. After the 2008 BeiJing Olympic Game, more and more sports industries and companies have been run in China so that the job market needs professional and talented person who is famliar with the management and sports. Therefore some universities have opened the sports management. It is overious that the students who will graduate from this kind of major can have good chance and excellent job. However, that is not the truth. The students who have graduated from the sports management major could not find a good job or they have change the major. Why they can not find a good job and what kinds of factors affect their choice when they look for the job. Which is the most important factors and which is least.This study used the methods includ literature review, questionnaire and Analytic Hierarchy Process to study the students in five uiversities in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The study have made two questionnaires and they includ four factors which are social factor, family, university and company. The innovation in this study is the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process. This method comes from the American and most professors in operation research use this method to solve the problem. The study have four conclusions as follows. Firstly, the most important factors which afftect the students when they find job is their own employment outlook. Secondly, the university have a great effect for their students when the students find the job after the graduation. But the students in sports management think that the subject structure and carrer guidence have some defects. At the same time they think their major has great advantage in the job market and for this reason,they believe that they can find a good job when they graduate from the university. Thirdly, most students choose to go to the school and just liitle students choose to run their own company. The last but not the least, most students in sports management choose to go to the Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and other cities which have better economic.Last but not the least, this study made some advices. First of all is the university should improve the subject structure and secondly, the university should improve the job guidence severice when their students graduate from the university. Lastly, teach the right opinion for the student when they find the job. |
