Research purposes: In order to promote the theme of adolescent Wuji fitness ball aerobics and the national fitness, the latest creation of adolescent Wuji fitness ball aerobics’ empirical research for the effect of exercise, to test and verify the promotion of with national characteristics Wuji fitness ball aerobics make to a more scientific contribution. In view of this, from the need of the national fitness, and the perspective of scientific exercise, to research purpose of the plait, action principle, process design of adolescent Wuji fitness ball aerobics, as well as whether exercise effect on people’s physical health, mental health, social adaptation ability effect for deep research. This study is the empirical research of Wuji fitness ball aerobics creation and the effect of exercise, strive to use objective language and promise for the future Wuji fitness ball aerobics enthusiasts to provide the reference data.Research methods: the methods of literature review, expert interview method, video observation method, experimental method, questionnaire investigation and data statistics method.The results of the study:(1) The campus series of Wuji fitness ball aerobics with the principle of scientific comprehensive, step-by-step, recreation and security appropriate, through the process of consulting data, seeks for advice modestly, investigation and study, understand the requirements, analysis of elements, the plait integration, complete sets of display, modify, improve the whole action of the creation to design.(2) After 18 weeks Wuji fitness ball aerobics exercise experiment, questionnaire survey results showed that the subjects before and after the experiment the self-test of physiological health, psychological health and social health has significant change(P < 0.05), the overall health self-test has a very significant change(P < 0.01).(3) After 18 weeks Wuji fitness ball aerobics exercise experiment, the experimental results show that the experimental subjects before and after the body form aspects of the average body weight, BMI, body fat percentage were significantly lower, the indicators(p < 0.01); Body function aspects about twelve minutes to run, step index increased significantly(p < 0.01), the vital capacity increased(p < 0.05), the quiet heart rate significantly decreased(p < 0.01), exercisers cardiopulmonary function improved; Physical aspects of muscular endurance and lower limb muscle strength improved(p < 0.01), but the upper body strength changed little, flexibility quality and to improve the quality of sensitive larger extent(p < 0.01), balance ability has also improved(p < 0.05), effectively improve the physical quality.Research conclusions:(1) The creation of new and convenient Wuji fitness ball aerobics to exercise the body, inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine culture has a promoting effect.(2) Insist on Wuji fitness ball aerobics exercise for a long time, in shaping the body form and development of physical quality, improve body function aspect, has very obvious role.(3) The light small equipment Wuji fitness ball highly liked by exercisers, Wuji fitness ball aerobic exercise can not only develop physical health, are beneficial to mental health and social health.
