Nowadays, with the development of the network, in the form of ideological and political education at the University of severe markedly effective, open network environment to contemporary college students not only bring convenience and entertainment, but also with a lot of negative impact. Currently, heterogeneous network of information and ideas in the form of the traditional ideological and political education is not optimistic, relatively inflexible and lagging educational methods resonate with the current lack of mainstream consciousness of University Students, meanwhile, are not mature mind and experience of the student population, vulnerable to network public opinion around.Although,limited implicit ideological and political education to be used in the ideological and political education among some colleges and universities, but most of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities still dominated dominant ideological and political education, ideological and political education and the hidden ways and means to carry out.For personality characteristics and psychological state of contemporary college students in a networked environment and the new media age, the analysis in recent years with the development of social networks, find counselors work no small change has occurred. This study is based on fieldwork, theoretical support and action research to explore a workable way to achieve new media implicit ideological and political education of college students to improve our level of thinking, enhance ideological and political consciousness of the country, improve basic literacy of college students.
