| China is now in the period of social transformation, but the former consumption can’t adapt to the current economic development, which has brought so much heavy pressure on the resources and environment in China. Therefore, the only way to solve the problems of resources and environment is to construct ecological civilization and to change the mode of consumption. The thesis combines the current situation of the consumption in China under the guidance of the environment thought of Marx and constructs ecological civilization on the basis of it.First, it expounds the theory of the ecological consumption and analyzes the development of Marx’s economic consumption, moderate consumption, green consumption and sustainable consumption as well as explores the ecological consumption which satisfies the needs of the development of social and natural environment. Therefore, the theory of ecological consumption requires a harmonious relationship between human and nature, human and ecological system. Also, it shares some characteristics like moderation, bearing capacity, environment conservation and sustainability. The research on ecological consumption in this passage is based on the Mar’s Ecological Thought. Meanwhile, it helps with the implementation and analysis of Marxism in a modern sense.Secondly, the passage analyzes the current ecological consumption status in China.An overall summary and analyzes is given from four respects: consumption concepts, non-ecological consumer behaviors, together with the imperfect consumption market and management system.Lastly, the passage introduces ways to realize ecological consumption, which is the top priority among all. By studying and analyzing the existing problems, several possible approaches and solutions are demonstrated through four aspects: consumption concepts, everyday consumption, commodities market and system perfection, by which ecological consumption can be achieved, thereby promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China. |
