Reading and writing is a kind of independent relationship of each other, however, both of them are inseparable connected with each other. Reading can improve students’ writing ability. In the junior middle school stage, the teachers frequently separate the reading from the writing. Chinese reading teaching occupies more time than writing teaching, which seriously confines the improvement of students’ writing ability. Writing has a large proportion in the examination papers; therefore, the reading to promote writing becomes particularly urgent. Reading to promote writing is that in the junior middle school stage the teacher guides the students to read, by combining reading teaching with writing organically, and using the accumulated language in reading, comprehension and skills in writing in order to achieve the aim of promoting writing by reading. The author observes that the teaching of Chinese reading class has the biggest problem in the Chinese teaching that the teachers just teach the students without purpose, the students lose themselves in writing. They both ignore the impact of reading to promote writing. The main reasons are: teachers teaching ideas obsolete; lacking of literary quality; students having no sense of connecting the reading practice. In the teaching reading, they neglect the accumulation of writing material, without learning from the language, conception, structure and method of the reading. And the reading to promote writing discipline of the subject of junior middle school language: principle of subjectivity,principle of Systemic, principle of Creative, principle of Openness and principle of Conversation. It is the implementation strategies for the reading to promote writing that are imitating languages, structure, and method and making the use of after-school exercise system. Writing by reading to improve reading teaching contributes to raising the level of junior middle school Chinese teachers’ teaching, and improves students’ writing abilities, is to read and write with deepening the theory in reading teaching. Not only does Reading to promote writing improve the teaching standard of Chinese teaching in junior middle school, but also it can enhance the students’ ability Both of them deepen the integration of theory in reading literacy teaching respect.
