Nowadays, is the era of knowledge economy, more and more people realize that education plays an important role in promoting economic development. Higher education as an important carrier of cultivating high quality talents has become an important driving force for economic and social development. With the national advocacy and policy guidance, higher education has been a very good development. In this situation, in recent years, private higher education is growing very fast. The affiliated college of A group in Guangdong as a representative of the private colleges, young teachers are the main force of the teachers. Therefore, the affiliated college of A group must take timely scientific and effective incentive mechanism, arouse the enthusiasm of the young teachers to release potential and play value, improve performance and promote the healthy development of college.This paper is based on the motivation theory, young teachers incentive mechanism optimization is as the research subject, the author conducts a questionnaire survey and individual interview to understand the current situation of the young teacher incentive mechanism in the affiliated college of A group, analysis existing problems and the causes of the problems. Then puts forward the four principles of young teachers incentive mechanism optimization:the principle of integrity, the principle of people-oriented, individualized principle and the principle of diversity. The proposed young teachers’incentives are from the material incentives, social and psychological motivation, work motivation and training incentive four aspects to optimize. Finally, the paper put forward to the school internal conditions, external environment protection and the improvement of teachers’quality as young teachers incentive mechanism security measures in the affiliated college of A group in order to promote the college sustainable development.
