Weining County in Guizhou province is the largest area of a county,a large population. The students, as the last village has a primary school,so the teacher need more will. From the Weining County Education Bureaurecently statistical data shows, as of2010, Weining county has a total of471primary school,5058classes,9968people full-time teachers in primaryschool. According to the teaching requirements, in general, how many classesin primary school must have many Chinese teachers. Then, Weining county has5058primary school teachers of Chinese language, and later four years inrecruitment, the number of primary school Chinese teachers more complex. Butnot all the teachers are teaching Chinese to meet the requirements, such asacademic standards, not professional counterparts, the attainment of theteachers is not high and so. Weining primary education now still exist in anexamination oriented education level. Primary school students to learn thesubjects, examination subjects to have six branches, which compared with inmiddle school, is comparable. Not only the students’ burden, the teachers’burden is heavier, a Chinese teacher should assume two families and more thanteaching, and the subject of examination. Over time, the development willaffect the Chinese education teaching in elementary schools. And in the childof the Enlightenment period, learning of primary school language knowledgeis the cornerstone of human life, its quality will affect the child’s life.Students should learn the language knowledge, the key still need our primaryschool language teachers better guide. So the author thinks that, in primaryschool Chinese teachers should be scientific and reasonable arrangement.Therefore, the author takes the "Elementary school teachers of Chineselanguage structure, present situation, problems and solution strategies inGuizhou province Weining County " research. The main contents include thehistory of the development of education in elementary Chinese languageteachers in Weining County; overview of development, since the new curriculumsource, the total number of Chinese teachers in Weining, distribution and structure of the status quo; primary school language teachers problems andsolving strategies; study and analysis of Chinese teachers of primary schoolin Weining County as the structure of current problems and hope primary schoollanguage teachers get scientific and reasonable arrangement, the educationof Chinese teaching in primary school get more healthy development, promotethe quality education in China in the process of.
