Secondary vocational education and higher vocational education are of the sametypes but belong to the different levels of education, and they are the twoindispensable parts of the system of the vocational education. the high-qualifiedworkers and applied talents they cultivate have made an important contribution to theeconomic construction and social development for China. With the development ofsocio-economy, the adjustment of technical structure and the upgrading of industrialstructure, social development has put forward newer and higher requirement to humancapital, and the labor market needs more expectation about the high-qualifiedpersonnel, and what’s more, this high-qualified personnel cannot leave thecooperation and coordination of the secondary vocational education and highervocational education. The connection of training objectives between secondary andhigher vocational education is not only the primary problem of the connectionbetween the secondary and higher vocational education, but also the key content ofachieving the secondary and higher vocational education coordinating development.Based on this, in August2011, the Ministry of Education issued the Guiding Opinionof the Secondary and Higher Vocational Education Coordinating Development, whichindicates definitely that the connection of secondary and higher vocational educationexists10aspects including the connection of the training objectives, profession,curriculum, teaching and so on. Therefore, studying on the connection issue of thetraining objectives between secondary and higher vocational education has greatrealistic significance.This thesis can be divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the generaldescription of the research, which describes the background of the research,significance and the definition of the core concepts, research status at home andabroad, and the research ideas and methods; the second chapter put forward thefoundation and the principle of the training objectives between secondary and highervocational education; the third chapter introduces the main problems of theconnection of the training objectives between the secondary and higher vocationaleducation, and analyses the causes of the problem in-depth; the fourth chapterexplorative puts forward the suggestions to the connection of the training objectivesbetween the secondary and higher vocational education.
