The21st century, China’s economic development has entered a rapid developmentperiod,the resulting occupational safety problem increasingly cause the attention of thepublic.In recent50years,occupational diseases was increased by more than7times inchina.In order to further prevention and control of occupational disease, in2011China’sfurther revised "law on the prevention and control of occupational diseases”, it also providesthe occupational disease patients’ rights and interests maintenance of protection of the lawsand policies.But because patients do not know anything for policy, often cannot enjoy and getcorresponding rights and interests, which makes the occupational disease patients is in trouble,did not have the right to fail.Many scholars did a seres of research mainly from the macrolevel group to explore the improvement of the policy system.In the existing literature have noway of social work angle to research,as the main body to the occupational disease patients,inorder to enhance theirs power,to improve the survival plight as the target of research.This paper takes Donggua M hospital for patients with occupational disease,in casemanagement as the main method,to discuss the plight of the occupational disease patients anddemand.To summary analysis the existing Problems Under the Perspective of casemanagement,fund that the problem of case management failed to solve the problem,tocoaching goals,implementation director power enhancement.Under the Strengths Perspectiveof case management have the same values,consistent principleto social work,on the basis ofequality trust professional relationship,on the premise of resources and advantages,to acceptthe existence of the problem.Under the Strengths Perspective of case management caneffectively arouse the enthusiasm of the egotism,to participate in the solution of theproblem,improve the egotism of the subjective initiative,to avoid the problems under theperspective of the egotism passive situation and professional relations of inequality,effectivelyovercome theirs shortcomings and defects.As the same time,the wider integration of scatteredresources,effective play to the overall effect of resources.Egotism in the face of the sick,thepoor,under the multiple problems and even death,often cannot see themselves resources andadvantages,most of them in the resource possession and access to there is trouble on theway.Under the Strengths Perspective of case management conscious guide the director knowtheir own advantages and resources,excavate potential resources,can from the thought and the ability to change them disability of inadequacy,help them to build positivebeliefs,fundamentally solve the problem,improving the efficiency of supervision of casemanagement.As the same time,to perfect the Strengths Perspective of case management,suggestionsand improving measures are put forward.Standard work mechanism,perfect resource networksupervision,to the cultivation of the social worker plan and promotion system, perfectevaluation system,will help the Strengths Perspective of case management’s develop,improvethe service mode of medical social work.And so as to provide reference for patients withoccupational disease in other parts of the service and experience.
